Exchanges & Returns

Please inspect your order carefully while the delivery person is present.

• You may open your package with the delivery person present and inspect your order before accepting it.
• If you decide you do not want the order, you may return it immediately to the delivery person. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
• Once the order has been accepted and the delivery person has left, no exchanges or returns will be allowed.
• Please make sure you carefully check your items before accepting your order.

Please note: Once the delivery person leaves, the order is considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
